In 2006 too LuS repeat the experiences of Science Labs supported
by Virgo Project (the large interferometer built on the EGO
observatory site, near Cascina, to detect gravitational waves).
The Experiences wil be hel within the "progetto Lauree Scientifiche", sponsored by
MIUR and by University' of Pisa.
We will organize workshops where a small group of no more than 10 high school students, possibly
with one or two teachers, will build a laser interferometer. The workshops will be led by a scientist.
At the end of the work, the students shall bring the interferometer to their school for
further experimentations.
